QUICK-FIRE products are guaranteed to work. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee each individual can master fire-craft and light a fire as easily as we show on our videos because to be proficient at fire-craft, it takes practice. When we ship most of our products in Canada and USA, shipping is paid for by us, the QUICK-FIRE Striker Company. There is no cost to have First Page products shipped to you. If you would like a refund, please read the following instructions:
Refunds and Returns
If for any reason QUICK-FIRE Striker Products cannot make you a happy camper and light your fire, we will refund what you paid. Please ship the used product that you purchased back to use in a simple envelope along with your original order number, name of person who purchased the order and your email address so we can send an eTransfer to you. Please note, your eTrasfer password, if re-quired, will be your original order #.
